The project foresees the construction of a new central clinic in Bad Fallingbostel – the administrative centre of the rural district of Heidekreis – at a cost of around €235 million. Funded by the federal state of Lower Saxony, the project will lead to the amalgamation of the district’s two existing clinics – Soltau and Walsrode – at a central location. The new clinic will consist of 4 sections and ensure the delivery of modern, high-quality in-patient care across all specialist departments.
Construction – and more specifically initial excavation work in preparation for the installation of essential site infrastructure – commenced on 5 August 2024, with overall completion scheduled for October 2028.
Kaiser Baucontrol has been awarded responsibility for cost group 300 (construction) during HOAI phase 8 (site supervision).
