Kaiser Baucontrol has been involved in the construction of this new commercial building in Dresden’s Südvorstadt district since 2021. The first phase of construction led to the completion of the reinforced concrete shell and façade, with the opening of a REWE supermarket following in late 2022.
Work is ongoing on upper floors, which are earmarked for use by TU Dresden’s Faculty of Education as teaching rooms, offices and specially equipped spaces such as chemistry and physics labs, a teaching kitchen and workshops for woodwork and metalwork.
Kaiser Baucontrol is responsible for site management, construction management and project controlling.
