The Möbel Kraft furniture store in Vogelsdorf was built in 1994 and is currently being converted to a HÖFFNER furniture store. In addition to a redesign of all retail space, the store is also being modified refurbished in order to not only match the architectural corporate identity common to HÖFFNER stores, but also secure the future of the Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf location well into the long term. Comprising a ground floor and three upper floors, the four-storey building will house nearly 33,000 m² of retail space once completed.
Kaiser Baucontrol joined the project in April in order to provide the builder-owner with support during both the planning and construction of the new HÖFFNER store. Completion, handover and commissioning are scheduled for 29 August, 2024.
