Property developer BECKEN DEVELOPMENT commissioned KBC to carry out construction management services in connection with the development of this five to six-storey office building with two basement levels in central Düsseldorf. The project created approx. 15,000 m² of office space, approx. 900 m² of storage space and around 300 parking spaces.
The building is of reinforced concrete construction, surrounded by a curtain wall and topped with a flat roof. The ground floor, 1st floor and all other upper floors in the front building are occupied by Bankhaus Lampe. In addition to office space, the building also has a staff canteen on its ground floor.
