The construction of this residential complex featuring 50 apartments of various sizes was preceded by the demolition of a former nurses’ hostel.
The two, three and four-bedroom apartments created are spread across six above-ground floors. A third of them are rated as accessible under the terms of Bavarian construction regulations and DIN 18040. Three of the accessible apartments are suitable for wheelchair users. Each apartment has a designated storage space in the basement and parking space in the underground car park.
The high quality of living targeted is also reflected in outdoor areas, which feature a children’s play area as well as seating carefully integrated into an existing stand of trees.
