The overall ensemble takes the form of two premium office buildings comprising retail units (total usable area: approx. 13,000 m²), 50 stylish apartments (total living space: approx. 12,800 m²) and two 5-star hotels with a total of 682 rooms and suites.

The measures carried out while the hotels were still in operation included the refurbishment of fitness and spa facilities, the modification of 378 rooms (including bathrooms), the implementation of a redesign in executive lounges and upgrades to safety-critical systems.

The majority of measures were carried out as normal hotel operations continued around them. The tight timeframe set for the redesign of the executive lounges nevertheless required the part closure of the floor in question. The large number of project participants and the fact that the hotels remained open during the refurbishment project necessitated highly visible, proactive project management. All measures were completed within challengingly short project windows.
