This innovative campus concept was implemented at Schertlinstraße 8 in Munich. Among other elements, it comprises vocational colleges, apartments, meeting places and offices. The refurbishment and conversion of the buildings that make up the campus was preceded by the gutting of each individual module, which included the proper removal and disposal of any contaminated materials encountered.
The construction project was managed in a way that facilitated the refurbishment and conversion of the five campus buildings without interrupting normal building operation.
