Munich, April 1966: Driven by his professional ambition, entrepreneurial spirit and keen desire to take on responsibility, 21-year-old construction engineer Heinrich W. Kaiser founds his own engineering firm – and in doing so lays the foundation for the KBC of today.
A lot has changed since then. Projects have become more complex, regulatory requirements get more demanding by the year and new technologies have revolutionized the way we work. From drawing boards to digital project platforms, the construction industry has never stopped moving forwards – and neither has the way projects are managed and coordinated.
For all this change, one factor has always been – and will remain – key to our success: The desire to use a structured approach and keen eye for interdependencies to successfully guide projects towards successful completion. This desire forms a common thread running from our founding father to our newest recruits, and has always been the key strength of Kaiser Baucontrol.
In the eyes of our customers and partners, all of this and more makes us an experienced, dependable partner capable of navigating new trends, keeping a steady hand on processes and steering projects with farsightedness. 60 years of company history is not only an opportune moment to reflect on the past, but also a firm foundation for the future.
