The goal of the project is to expand the shop floor, redesign the customer entrance and restructure office spaces. Kaiser Baucontrol will be providing the client with local support in Barsbüttel during the modification of the furniture store, with around 1,500 m² of retail space set to be added to the existing premises.
One particularly challenging aspect of this project is that the store will remain open to the public during the construction phase. As such, KBC is responsible for putting site logistics in place that minimize the impact of dust and noise on retail spaces.
In order to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible, KBC is coordinating construction work in close cooperation with both the store management team and the client.
