Production facilities operated by leading meal-kit manufacturer HelloFresh in the picturesque riverside town of Verden (Aller) are currently undergoing modification. The aim of the project is to expand HelloFresh’s European production capacity without interrupting ongoing manufacturing operations at the site.
Spread over an area of approx. 5,000 m², the measures planned include a variety of challenges in the fields of structural engineering, civil engineering, building services and plant engineering. Completion is due in the summer of 2025.
Kaiser Baucontrol holds responsibility for project steering (Projektsteuerung) in connection with cost groups 300 (building construction) and 400 (technical systems) as well as site supervision during the construction of the building (cost group 300).
