In late January, we had the privilege of participating in the IKOM Bau careers fair at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). The conversations we had with students were open, inspiring and characterized by a variety of exciting outlooks. Whenever and wherever we encounter young talents, it is a truly enriching experience to get to know them and gain insights into not only their ideas and questions about professional life, but also their plans for the future.
As always, we look forward to future events at universities throughout Germany and the opportunity to actively promote exchange with students from a variety of disciplines.
