The project involved the modification, refurbishment and vertical extension of existing commercial premises at Goerzallee 309 in Berlin by developer Westcore. The overall complex consists of a total of five sections.
The premises will continue to be used for commercial purposes such as offices and production space. Rental contracts have already been concluded for units on the ground and first floors of section 3.
Kaiser Baucontrol held responsibility for project controlling from December 2021 until project completion.
