The full refurbishment of this EDEKA supermarket at Bodenseestraße 253 in Munich began in early May. By completion in late November 2025, the store will have been transformed into a modern 2,400 m² supermarket for the local neighbourhood. Gutting ended in late June, with phased modernization now set to begin.
Kaiser Baucontrol is responsible for site supervision (HOAI Service Phase 8) during the refurbishment process. Our on-site team has already displayed a high level of commitment and diligence during the early phases of the project.
