DB InfraGO AG | South region
- Supervision of tenant fit-out | 159 projects, 10 ongoing
- Technical due diligence | 6 projects
- Project management for projects involving fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and 50Hz systems | 7 projects
DB InfraGO AG | South region | underground passenger transport infrastructure | Munich main line
- Projects at the following stations: Rosenheimer Platz (3), Isartor (4), Karlsplatz (5), Marienplatz (2)
- Services provided by KBC: supervision of tenant fit-out, project management
DB InfraGO AG | South region | Temporary station building for Munich Central
- Supervision of 4 tenant fit-out projects
DB InfraGO AG | South and East regions
- Dresden Central – Eataly, Speckmans and Burger King units – completed
- Dresden Central – Feasibility study for the conversion of a travel centre, former food retail unit or bookstore to an F&B outlet
- Halle Central – Feasibility study and supervision of the negotiation of a rental contract with McDonalds (technical support, project management/coordination during the fit-out phase)
DB InfraGO AG | South region | 50Hz systems at Ostbahnhof station in Munich
- Creation of a new connection to the power supply network (with KBC acting as a representative authorized to check and clear plans for implementation as set out in VV BAU STE)
